How does it work ?
- An initial free appointment will be arranged to discuss your needs as well as the terms of the subscription.
- A commitment of 12 months is required.
- The amount of the subscription varies according to the turnover of the company, the number of employees and the number of consultations per month.
- This is an all-inclusive service (no more costs for postage, registered mail, etc.)Only the expenses will be invoiced additionally, such as a publication in the Belgian Official Gazette and/or in the Crossroads Bank, the publication costs of the balance sheets, etc.
Which subscriptions ?
single legal subscription
- From 250 euros/month, excluding VAT for an individual.
- From 350 euros/month, excluding VAT for a company.
This subscription offers administrative assistance with regard to VAT, Department for Social Security and employment contracts.
More specifically, this subscription offers:
- assistance in the management of human resources (employment contract, payslip, resignation letter, etc.).
- assistance in the management of administrative correspondence.
- help in solving day-to-day corporate problems.
- a reduction of 20% of the hourly rate in case of legal proceedings.
legal and accounting subscription
- From 300 euros/month, excluding VAT for an individual.
- From 400 euros/month, excluding VAT for a company.
This subscription offers both administrative assistance and help with bookkeeping (VAT declaration, coding of accounting documents, any copies, balance sheets, tax control, etc.).
This subscription includes costs and fees and offers a reduction of 20% of the hourly rate in case of legal proceedings.
