Louise MA has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 1986 and is also a deputy counselor in the Brussels Court of Appeal.

She was born in Shanghai as the daughter of a Belgian father and a Chinese mother. Louise spent her entire childhood in Belgium, where she completed her school career. That is why she has a personal relationship with both Chinese and Belgian culture.

After graduating with a law degree from the Law Faculty of Université Libre de Bruxelles in 1986, she did a study in Chinese law at Fudan University in Shanghai.

Her academic career made it possible to work subsequently in important law firms in Shanghai and Brussels, specializing in international business law.

Louise has been working in her own law firm since 1995. Her preferred work areas are company law, immigration law, civil law and real estate law.

Louise has published numerous legal articles in various Chinese newspapers distributed in Belgium.
